Review:

“This new edition of Creative Dance and Movement in Groupwork is a welcome and practical resource for dramatherapists and teachers for its attention to the body and what it can tell us. Payne’s understanding of the power of the body, moving with the body and what is brought from within it underpins this new edition. Updated and widely referencing the latest research in the field of Creative Movement, Payne also offers empathy and understanding of the Creative Arts practitioners’ work and our wide range of client groups. The joy that movement and dance offers is shared in this clearly written new edition and the dramatherapist can explore examples of work within educational, health and community settings.” – Lindsey Fooks, dramatherapist and teacher, Edge Hill University, UK
