Christine A. Padesky, PhD, a clinical psychologist, is the cofounder of the Center for Cognitive Therapy in Huntington Beach, California, the co-author of five books, and an internationally renowned speaker. A graduate of Yale University and UCLA, she is a recipient of the Aaron T.
